Message	hub centric rings. Their inner bore is larger then stock wheels. I got these from TireRack and the fit perfectly: 73/66 ALU Hub-Centric Rings However that won't effect your "rubbing" issue. I think your shocks and springs are worn out - I have the same wheels w. no problems what so ever.
